How to register and book

Start to fill in the registration of interest form with your contact data, your motivation to join and your questions. We recommend registering your interest even if there are no published dates for a 5-day group travel event. If we get early information about preferred travel period, we can adapt and extend our travel plans according to demand.

When we have received your registration of interests we will come back in a few days with our feed-back.

When you are ready to book, we will send you the booking form for your travel. Here you see all important details. If you accept you sign and return the booking form to us. We need your booking 4 month before the travel begins. To get high quality and unique experiences we need 10-15 participants. We will confirm to you when the group is full and then send the invoice to the participants according to the general conditions and AGB. In due time before the travel, we will give you a list of participants and inform about other important details. Immediately after the booking we suggest that you decide and book your individual travel. Tickets to Sweden and back are most important but if you intend to stay longer these bookings need to be done as well.

These will be your personal bookings and need to be booked in your name by each individual provider. We quote a service fee to handle this for you based on duration and complexity.
